3 Ways to Get Rid of Bad Past Memories Easily

Memories are a moment that may always exist in every human being, but in fact memories themselves cannot be erased.

Why ? it's because of the brain that we have, that's why the memories will continue to exist as long as you have a brain that is able to remember and think normally, even if the memories are left deep enough on you.
Well so of course memories will not be removed, but there are 3 ways that i know can at least make these memories a bit more faded, what are these things? let's discuss together below:

1. Make a New Memory Continuously


How ? Yes of course by making different moments with different people, so you can easily reduce the sense of memory of the old memories you already have.

This can be happened as a result of the best moments that you have made stored in your brain, when these moments you continuously get then dopamine will increase, when dopamine in the brain increases then pleasant things you can feel including new memories that you already have.

2. Visit the Place Where the Memory Has Been Recorded


If you still remember the moments of your past, then you can go to the place where the moment or memory was recorded, if it is somewhere like a park, then go there, look for the place, remember the whole moment right in that place, admit within yourself that you have indeed and really experienced it.

In the end your mind will start to get tired and right at that moment, you start to get a little lazy to think about it again and you can start moving on from the past memory.

3.  Find a New Joy


This is right, you can look for a new joy, this is a little different from option number one, if option number one I advise you to overwrite your past moments with new memories continuously then in this third option you can look for new joy to slightly reduce the taste or your bad past moments.

Well it's the same as option number 1, but the difference is that you don't overlap it, but you just look for it once and stick with your newfound joy.

Now basically getting rid of past moments that are very bad and imprinted in our hearts and selves may be very difficult to do, it takes a long time to make bad memories in the past into “ordinary” memories.
But as time goes by, humans will continue and continue to get new memories and new joys, that's when they will slowly forget the bad memories they have in the past.
